Classic cartoon from back in the day.  I used to watch Rocky and Bullwinkle frequently when I got home from school.  While not one of my favorite cartoons it was in general solid and I enjoyed it.  They had a NES game that was also decent.  Run of the mill stuff just like all the other liscenced games out there.  Playing as rocky was always cool since he was quick and the coolest part of the cartoon in my opinion anyways.  Bullwinkle was ok but I just felt like he was not that original though.  Every cartoon seems to have a big goofy character.
