Some people cannot afford to pay the tax preparation services and they do not know how to use the computer to file their own tax return and do not know how to use a tax software.

The problem is, the tax filing help services are usually not so flexible.

They may have hours until the evening but many people work late and cannot make this schedule. Evenings and weekends are usually packed if they have the help going on.
