Okay, supposing that you have had the asbestos removed from your property.  Either you have done it yourself or you have had help.  If you used an Asbestos removal of contract, then they would automatically provide the service of eliminating the asbestos; they won’t leave any of it behind. If you remove the asbestos yourself, then you are also duty bound to dispose of it.  You are not permitted to throw a way asbestos with the normal household rubbish.  All are removed asbestos dust will need to be put into heavy duty plastic bags, tied up and then labelled as containing asbestos.  After this you need to contact your council and informed them that you have bags of removed asbestos and they will advise you on where to take them for final destruction.
