It was so easy losing weight when I was younger.  All I had to do was skip lunch a few times a week and that stubborn ten pounds would melt away.  If I added an evening walk, I would actually get too thin.  That changed when I turned fifty.  Even though I at the same foods I always had, I gained an extra fifteen pounds and could not budge them. I tried every popular diet but nothing worked.  One day I was researching diets and found Fat Loss 4 Idiots on the Internet.  The plan made a lot of sense, so I tried it.  It was unbelievable how quickly I shed the weight.  All it took was the right plan and I was back in my skinny jeans.
