The invention of inkjet printers brought about need for inkjet cartridges to conserve the ink when not in use and they are replaceable. If there is some fault in the printing, the first place looked in is the contact between the cartridge and print head. The ink is allowed through the nozzle after the current causes the plate and surrounding ink to vaporize. When there is more than one color ink needed, suitable partitions are made in the cartridges to accommodate them.

Inkjet cartridges come at high costs, and on continuous usage needs refilling with a same dose of ink. Cheap refill ink users regret later because they lead you into spending more on the repair when your printer gets damaged. Coming soon, replacement ink cartridge.
