I think a cash gift registry is a great idea.
I am blessed with a large family and a lot of friends. I am often invited to weddings. I never know if I should buy a gift or give the couple cah in a card. If the bride is registered at a department store, I usually buy a gift. If she is not, I take that as a hint that she would rather have the cash, so I put money in a card. I think a cash gift registry is a great idea. It’s a tasteful way to let people know that you would prefer cash, and it lets people like me know that you would really prefer the money over a gift.
