I’ve been a casual bodybuilder for a long time now… hit the gym twice a week, pump a little iron, eat a little more protein than usual… hope for results. Deep down though I’ve always known that that isn’t the best way to do it. The best way to change your body is to fully commit and make an all-out effort.
It’s as much psychological as it is physical. I’m going to try out this turbulence training review to see if an organized plan will give me the extra kick in the pants I need. It’s one of the oldest and most respected exercise plans on the market, so maybe it’ll help me.
