If you’re hoping to lose weight then I highly recommend looking into getting yourself a good diet program.  The trick is, however, to get a diet program that will fit your goals and lifestyle.  You should definitely look at some reviews.  I just read a review of fat loss 4 idiots and it seems that that program is actually very good for those who just want a simple meal planning program that doesn’t require a lot of time to read a book or plan workouts or anything like that.  Fat Loss 4 Idiots has a bit of an extreme approach, but it seems to work for a lot of people.
