Spinal stenosis is a condition where the spinal canal becomes narrower and it pressurizes the spinal cord and the nerves originating from the spinal cord and it is a common problem with ageing. My doctor informed me that I was also suffering from spinal stenosis and it was the source of pain in my lower back. He gave me some medicines and started my treatment.
