I am not really a big fan of doing ab workouts, and I never have been. This does not mean that I do not do them though.  What you have to be sure of is that you do the exercises that will produce for you.  This might mean that you have to an exercise that you do not want to do.  This is just a part of the journey though.  The more you do it though, the more that you will like. 6 pack abs are built in the gym and they are built with tough exercises.  You can  have it if you want.
