My wife called me when I was at work and told me that she had some good news.  I asked her what it was, and she told me that she had been meeting with the loan arrangers, and they had given her a way to get the loans that we needed so we could buy the house that we wanted. I asked her if it was going to be a very brutal setup, and she told me that we got a good rate, and it should be manageable after we move into the house.  It was going to be a tough year.
