Probably the most important quality any seller, such as a realtor, needs to incorporate into his or her presentation skills is honesty. Though enthusiasm is important, you can’t use it to glaze over imperfections in the property you are trying to sell. Sooner or later, your clients will get wise to your tactics and you may lose their respect and trust. You could lose their sale and may even lose future sales if they recommend to other people to not use your services. It’s better to honestly discuss both the pros and cons of a property with your clients than attempt to falsely portray any property as perfect.
