Recently my mom called and told me that she and my dad are missing me a lot.  They’ve been living in the DC area for the past ten years, and I am living in Chicago.  We don’t get to see each other too often because neither of us have the kind of money that allows us to fly a lot.  They were telling me that there are a lot of Virginia jobs available right now and that I should consider moving closer to them.  I told them they should move closer to me as a joke, but they didn’t think it was very funny.
