Making The Crew More Productive
I run a construction crew, and I have found that in order to make the crew it’s most productive, it is important to bring portable restrooms to the job site. Otherwise people are constantly going off in search of a restroom, and they are not always very close to where we are working. We usually can make do with one portable restroom, but sometimes on really big jobs we need more than one. We have a few that we set up where ever we are working, and it definitely has increased the productivity of the crews since we started to do this.
